Does your size come smaller or bigger?
If you are a size 20 in a causal wear you might not be a size 20 in evening dresses. The reason is because our evening dresses are specially made on mannequin in order to fit perfectly. And most of the dresses are not as stretchy or as loose as causal wear. You might need a bigger size as they do come smaller. For size information please look at product detail pages (you can see product detail page when you click product image)

If the standard size dont fit me, what to do?
If you have ordered our standard size dresses, but still does not fit you, we are here to solve your problem, we provide professional Made To Measure Service for free! You just need to simply measure yourself, we just need 5 measurements, its very easy.

We are the first hand distributor and we do both retail and wholesale, in order to pass our customers best value, we cut all middlemen and sell directly to our customers, unlike many high street shops. What is the delivery time?
For In stock item, we offer Next Working Day Delivery services within the UK. All orders made before 3pm Monday to Thursday will be delivered next day for UK buyers, Next Day delivery service ensures you receive any time before 5:30pm next day (Except orders made on Friday and weekend).

For EU buyers, it usually takes about 5-7 working days to reach, it might take longer. For Non-EU buyers, it usually takes about 7-10 working days to reach, it might take longer. For Made to order item, it usually takes about 25-35 days to reach, if it is longer than 35 days our team will inform you via email. Do I need to be at home to sign for it? What if I am unable to be at home?
Our delivery service requires a signature on delivery as confirmation of receipt. You can arrange for the item to be delivered to perhaps a work address for your own convenience. Delivery Carrier will leave a while you were out card instructing you to collect from your local delivery office, or alternatively re-arranging for delivery at a convenient time for you.

Do you send catalogue?
We don’t do catalogues for now. If you need any additional information simply give us a call or email us!

How to make an exchange?
We are happy to offer exchange if the products are not suitable (except made to measure product and hygiene products). The products must be in the original condition, such as in original packaging, no sign of worn, no perfume, with tags etc.
We check all returned products closely as we do not wish to sell used products to our customers, so if there is any sign of worn, it will not be exchanged. We do not offer exchange for products that are Made to measure and Hygiene.
